Midlands EMS Course Calendar |
Exam ScheduleEMT-Basic Exams for 2010, $20.00 per station cash or money order. Candidates must pre-register, and MUST BE PREPAID ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE! Forms are provided by your teaching institution, or can be printed from this site.
Candidates should ensure that your instructor has submitted your name on the course roster approximately 2 weeks prior to testing. The regions will have enough examiners for students that are pre-registered only!
INSTRUCTORS NOTE: HAVING YOUR CLASS LISTED ON THE DHEC EXAMINATION SITE/DATE LISTING DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN YOUR CLASS WILL TEST, UNLESS YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A ROSTER OF STUDENTS ELIGIBLE TO TEST TO THE OFFICE MANAGER AT MIDLANDS EMS 10 DAYS PRIOR TO TESTING.
FAILURE TO REGISTER ANY STUDENT WILL RESULT IN THAT STUDENT NOT BEING ALLOWED TO TEST AT THAT SITE!
Students: Bring your completed National Registry EMT-Basic application and your current picture identification to the test site. Ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained!
Directions to Midlands EMS for practical testing, go to www.midlandsems.com , then to FAQ’s, and print directions to Midlands EMS office.
2010 dates-Basic Practical Exams Second Tuesday of each month is designated as practical testing day at Midlands EMS unless otherwise noted.
The April 2010 exam would fall during symposium week and has been rescheduled for April 20, 2010
EMT-Basic students must successfully pass the practical exam before being allowed to take the written examination. Written Exams are offered online only. For written exam instructions, see your instructor.
